What do I do with loose/excess skin?

Jon lost all of his weight gradually over two years. That, coupled with eating live, healthy, vibrant foods, helped his skin slowing adjust to his new body. Every person´s body is different, however, it is not impossible to lose weight and have your skin adjust properly.

When is the best time to Meditate/Visualize?

It would be best to meditate when you are not doing anything else, so that you can sit quietly. You can meditate as often as you want – though the best times are immediately upon waking (as you are not fully awake your subconscious is more receptive) and just before going to sleep (its an excellent way to relax – this is where Jon’s evening visualization is so effective). You can also meditate for as little as 5 minutes and for as long as 2 hours (Jon often does this). If time is an issue try fitting in a 5 or 10 minute one here and there.

I have sleep apnea, will this affect my aim to lose weight?

If you have sleep apnea Jon highly recommends using a CPAP machine when sleeping. Having sleep apnea makes it extremely difficult to lose weight as the tiredness that results has tremendous physiological affects on your body’s ability to maintain hormone levels, insulin resistance being one of these side effects. When you are tired you are also more likely to crave unhealthy fats and sugars.

Will not being a native English speaker affect the results of the visualization?

You should do what feels right for you as there is no right or wrong when visualizing. If you can sit and just relax, listen and feel you are getting the most from the meditation/visualization, then you should do this or if you need to translate the meaning in your head while listening, then that can work as well.

Is there a hard copy of Jon's Recipe Book?

We have physical copies of the recipe book but they are located in Australia. We can ship now of course but from Australia the shipping cost is roughly $34 so we didn’t think it was good idea to charge that, but if you are okay with that we can ship it to you. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually, if you live the U.S., it usually takes 3-5 business days for you to receive the items. For anyone outside the U.S. it usually takes 7-14 business days. Kindly email us at [email protected] if you want to know more details about your order.

How often will my membership subscription be billed?

Your credit card will be billed every 30 days from your first charge date.
Example: If you registered on May 1st for your program, your second month will be billed on May 31st.NOTE:
Ultimate Coaching Experience members are billed a total of 6 times, once every 30 days for 6 months.
UCE Continued Graduate members are billed monthly until they choose to cancel.
Support Group members are billed monthly until they choose to cancel.

It is good to remember that The Gabriel Method helps guide you to heal from the inside out. So while you may not be seeing external changes, your body is undergoing deep internal changes that must happen first for sustainable weight loss. Since this is not a diet there is also no failure. Keep focusing on adding in new habits, foods and healing practices slowly. We want a lifetime change for you, not a quick fix

What is the success rate that you have with customers?

Do I have daily assignments or regular check-ins?

During the program, you will work with our Coaches who will help to put together an action plan for you to follow. You’ll be able to review this action plan with your Coach Mentor once per month during your session, and you’ll also be able to contact them in between sessions if you need any more advice or support. Your second session of each month will be with one of our Specialists, and we have an Email Support Coach on hand who offers more support and advice from a different perspective, should you need it. Finally, you’ll be able to speak to Jon himself as often as you want throughout your program.

I don't have Skype, can we have sessions via telephone?

If you dont have Skype, our Coaches are happy to conduct the sessions via telephone. Some of our Coaches, such as our Emotional Release Therapists prefer their sessions to be via video call on Skype due to the nature of the session.

Can you please provide more information about the Ultimate Coaching Experience?

i. During your Ultimate Coaching Experience, you will receive the following monthly coaching sessions with:

1. Your Coaching Mentor – who will be your Guide and go-to person throughout the program
2. Different Specialist Coaches that your Coach Mentor will help plan for you – e.g. Nutrition Expert, Fitness Expert, Emotional Release Therapist

These sessions usually last around 45 minutes but can run up to 60 minutes via Skype or phone.

ii. You’ll receive access to memberships such as our Support Group, Ultimate Coaching Experience Members’ area and Digital Recipe Book.

iii. You’ll also get access to Jon himself, as often as you like. Jon has put aside time four days per week especially for our UCE members, and he’s really keen to be involved and to speak with everyone.

How many customers/members do you have at the same time?

The Ultimate Coaching Experience has limited availability as we want to make sure that we can completely support each member in the best possible way. If there is no current availability, you will be placed on a waiting list to start the program as soon as an opening becomes available.

What is the role of the specialists: nutritionist, etc.? Will I be talking to them?

Our Specialists are there to support you and guide you in their own specific areas. Your assigned Coach Mentor will design your session pathway for you, and determine which of our experts you’ll benefit from having sessions with. You will receive one session with one of our Specialists every month, alongside your session with your Coach Mentor.

What is the role of Jon Gabriel in my program? Will he know my background and progress? When I call him, will he have a good understanding of my situation to provide some insights?

on is there to support you and answer any questions you might have throughout the program. He works closely with his Coaching Team, and has had many years of coaching experience. Your designated Coach Mentor and Specialist Coaches will have your complete information and notes your progress. Jon may not have your complete history on hand as he has his own personal strategy that really helps break down any blocks you may be experiencing.

Gabriel Method Certified Coaches Wanted

Some of our current Gabriel Method Coaches are certified in various specialties and we had positions available for them. However we cannot guarantee that with a certification there will be a position available.

Can I have sessions more frequently than every 2 weeks?

We used to offer a more intensive, 3-month Program with weekly sessions, however, we no longer offer this as an option; experience has shown us that the 6-Month program is much more beneficial for our members, as the longer time between sessions allows for information to be absorbed and action points to be implemented better.

How do I Become a coach?

At this time we do not have a Certification Program, however we recommend you check out The Institute of Integrative Nutrition if you are interested in becoming a Certified Coach. The information offered in this program is very much on par with The Gabriel Method and is a wonderful school if you want to become a Health Coach.

Can I do this program for free?

Can I start next month/any time?

Most of the time this is not a problem! We will keep your application on file until you’re ready to join us. Please keep in mind that we can only accept a certain number of applicants each month depending on coach availability and there is a possibility that you may be put on a wait list. In the meantime if you have any further questions about the program, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

I have a serious medical condition. Can I still do the program?

Whilst you should be fine on the program with most medical conditions, we always recommend that you always check with your doctor before changing your diet, eating, or health program. The Gabriel Method is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. It is always important to seek medical advice before embarking on any new program.

Can I have coaching via email?

All coaching sessions are conducted via telephone or Skype, and these sessions run between 45 minutes and an hour roughly every two weeks. Due to the nature of the sessions, we believe that much more can be gained from a live conversation rather than in writing.

As well as these sessions, you will also be able to contact your Coach Mentor via email, as well as our Email Support Coach, who will be able to answer any questions you may have throughout the program.

Who are the coach mentors? Do you have their credentials?

All of our Coaches have been hand picked by Jon Gabriel himself. The coaches have a range of different credentials and have also been trained specifically to guide you through this program. Your Coach Mentor will be allocated to you based on your ideal coaching times, as well as any other requests you may have. Are there any sessions with Jon or just access to his direct line during his office hours?

There aren’t any specific sessions with Jon, however you can contact him as frequently as you like during his dedicated office hours. If you find that you’re struggling to get hold of Jon, you can always let the admin team know and we will do our best to set up an alternative time for you to speak to him.

Can I have more than 2 sessions each month?

While our standard program includes 2 sessions per month, you are able to purchase additional sessions throughout your program.

How much is an extra session?

One extra session will cost $149 USD with any of our Coaching Team.

I've graduated from the UCE program. Can I receive future products for free?

Congrats on completing your Ultimate Coaching Experience program! As a UCE graduate, you have lifetime access to all of our digital products with a few exceptions. You can become a member of the Support Group with a 50% discount and any of our new products released after your graduation date will be offered at a discounted alumni rate to you.

Do you have any payment plans for UCE?

At this time our payment plan for UCE is the total monthly rate charged each month for 6 months. Unfortunately we cannot break down the payments into small amounts at this time. 

If this does not work for you, we highly recommend our Support Group which has tons of resources at a lower monthly cost. 

When we ask a question on the Facebook Forum, is it really Jon Gabriel who responds or is it his team?

Despite Jon’s eventful calendar, he finds time to answer questions directly and pops in the conversation from time to time on the page. What is The F.A.T. Trigger Quiz?

What is The F.A.T. Trigger Quiz?

 The F.A.T. Trigger quiz is a series of questions the Gabriel Method use to know the underlying causes of your weight problem.

FAT stands for “Famine And Temperature”. In our distant past, it was advantageous for these programs to be on. During famines and ice ages, having excess fat on your body helped keep you alive, so a fat storage survival mechanism came into play. Even though today most of us no longer have things like famines to worry about, these FAT Programs are still very much a part of our genetic inheritance. When the FAT Programs are on, certain subtle hormonal and chemical changes take place in your body that will virtually ensure that you get fat and stay fat. Diet and exercise are a like a bandage that covers the problem short term, but long term, to lose weight and keep it off, you must treat the underlying causes of your weight problem.

Why should we avoid gluten?

Here are a few of the down sides of gluten:

1. It may block your body’s absorption of some nutrients
2. It may interfere with your digestion
3. It contains certain enzymes or properties that may cause the lining of your intestines to become more permeable.
4. It may cause inflammation in your system

What can visualization do for me?

The Gabriel Method is practicing visualization for weightloss as it has many positive benefits some of which are but not limited to:
– Reduces stress which turns off the FAT programs
– Helps mind and body work together
– Help in other areas in life using the power of the mind
– Lose weight easily

Can I do the visualization lying in bed?

Though we don’t restrict any position while doing the visualization, we do have some recommendations.

It’s best for you to sit with your back straight (preferably not touching anything but it’s okay if you choose to lean back), feet on the ground, keep your neck straight, let your tongue touch the roof of your mouth with eyes closed and breathing through your nose. However, if this position is not comfortable for you, any comfortable position will work, including lying in bed.

Are there any precautionary measures to take note of?

We strongly don’t recommend for you to listen to visualization audios while driving or operating machinery. This program creates a frequency following response and should not be used if you have epilepsy or currently using a pacemaker. It’s perfectly normal to feel sleepy while listening to this visualizations.  It’d even be great you fall asleep while listening because it only means the visualization is helping you be more well rested.

Can I listen to the visualizations if I have a Pacemaker?

We do not recommend anyone with a pacemaker listening to our standard visualizations. However there is actually the option to download the meditation audios without the background music. It is the background music that possibly could affect a pacemaker – as there is a frequency to the music. This is something you could also check with your Doctor. Is talking out loud important, to communicate with your body?

You don´t need to speak out loud for your subconscious mind to hear yourself, but sometimes speaking out loud can also help your conscious mind hear your message as well.

I have Epilepsy, is it safe to use visualizations?

If you have epilepsy, we recommend you do not use the visualizations as they can affect people with epilepsy. Many people though have been successful without the visualization just by reading the book alone.
